Golden Corn Ranch Beef Skillet with Melted Cheddar Bliss is a must-try!

A delicious and creamy skillet dish featuring ground beef, corn, and melted cheddar cheese, perfect for a hearty meal.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1.5 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned — drained if using canned)
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning (1 packet)
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (optional: penne or rotini)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Add corn to the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes until lightly browned and warmed through.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Stir in the butter, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar. Mix until everything melts together into a luscious, creamy sauce.
  4. If using cooked pasta, stir it in now and let everything cook together for about 3 more minutes, until hot and fully coated in that cheddar-ranch goodness.

Notes

  • Use freshly shredded cheddar for better melting.
  • If sauce gets too thick, add a splash of milk or pasta water.
